P-244 Epidemiology and management of locally advanced and metastatic colorectal cancer RAS wild type: A retrospective study of 70 patients

Colorectal cancer is the third most common worldwide with more than one million patients diagnosed each year, among 50% will develop metastatic disease. Recent studies to improve treatment of colorectal has led development monoclonal antibodies such as cetuximab and panitumumab, that inhibit activation epidermal growth factor receptor its downstream pathways promote cell growth, proliferation, inhibition apoptosis, invasion metastasis. Retrospectively, we collected treated 70 locally advanced adenocarcinoma, Ras Wild type in our department medical oncology, between January 2014 December 2022. The mean age: 50,14 years ( 24 -76 ), Sex: 45 men, 25 female, sex ratio : 1,8, Who 0: 3pts, 1: 64pts, 2: 3pts. Family history: 17pts. Personal Tobacco+ alcohol: 22pts, Mici:1pts, HTA + Diabetes: 18pts, IMC 30: 2PTS. main symptoms: Abdominal pain (56pts), constipation (41pts), Diarrhea (30pts), Rectorrhagia (28pts), Vomit (23pts), Anemia (31pts). Tumor location: Rectal (38pts), Sigmoid colon (14pts), Left (11pts), Right (05pts), Transverse (02pts). Histological Adenocarcinoma Well diff. moderately (16pts), Colloid mucinous carcinoma (08pts), Tubulo papillary (04), Independent cells adenocarcinoma stage Locally disease (18pts), Metastatic (52pts), sites: Liver Lung(28pts), Peritoneal carcinomatosis (09pts), Lymph node Adrenal gland (01pt), Bone (01pt). status Type 70pts. Surgery performed 56pts Discharge colostomy (40pts), Colectomy Anterior resection Abdominoperineal surgery (02) hepatic metastasectomy (2pts). All received 1st line chemotherapy anti EGFR: Chemotherapy Panitumumab Cetuximab(32pts), number cycles(09), range (3-38cycles). Toxicity: Skin rash G2,G3 20 pts, diarrhea G2 (04pts), hand-foot Sd (03pts), mucositis Evaluation 56pts: CR (07pts), PR ST PG (22pts). 2sd 14pts. Median survival was 30 months. combination EGFR, strategy multidisciplinary management can extend median prognosis.
